Before you buy the land

We will walk the lot with you before you buy it.

Most builders get involved after you own the land. By then it is too late to find out the driveway runs 400 feet, the lot needs fill, or the house you wanted will not fit the setbacks. We would rather tell you that first.

After 3 years of living in our Gerber-built home I feel I can leave an accurate and helpful review. We LOVE our home more than we ever imagined!! We interviewed 3 builders before deciding to go with Gerber… 3 years of living here and we’ve had nearly no settling or nail pops. The house and all the interior looks perfect even now. No issues of any kind in 3 years.

They built our lake house, and the experience was outstanding… we came in with a lot of ideas and made several last-minute changes — but they handled every pivot with professionalism and patience. Ten years later, our home still looks as good as the day we moved in.

My wife and I moved into our new Gerber home about three months ago. While we ran into some issues at the beginning, what really impressed us was how Gerber handled them. They completely stood by their product and went above and beyond to make everything right. Every single person we have worked with so far has been kind, professional, and responsive. It is reassuring to work with a team that genuinely cares about their homeowners. We would recommend Gerber Homes to others!

While we did not end up building with Gerber (we ended up having an offer accepted on a house we were not expecting!) I have to say that the kindness, thoroughness, and care that Leanne from the Gerber team showed us while chatting through options was amazing! She was honest, knowledgeable, and always so quick to hop on the phone or send us information. If anyone is looking to have a great knowledgeable conversation about the home building process — she is who you should talk to! I had to leave a review online the customer service alone.

Working with Gerber Homes as a flooring vendor has been a consistently positive experience. Their team demonstrates strong communication and organization. From initial planning to final execution, expectations are well-defined, timelines are respected, and coordination with other vendors is handled professionally. What stands out most is willingness to collaborate to ensure the best possible outcome for clients. Overall, Gerber Homes is a reliable and professional builder, and we value the ongoing working relationship.
